jobsConsistently excellent food and service. The special fruited fillet skewers with Spanish rice was a nice summer treat. Tender fillet of beef with mangos pineapple and onions. The fish and chips continue to be excellent as well. Just lightly breaded with superior, French coleslaw. When weather permits the patio is lovely for having dinner.
Went here for fish and chips. My husband and my son and I got the same dish! The batter was very crispy and the fish was not dry at all! Cooked to perfection! We all loved the coleslaw as well, and the fries and I'm not a fry person! the waitress was super nice! Will definitely come back.

Had a great experience at Grill 603. Was able to have my dog on the outside seating area. Host got a bowl of water for her without saying anything. Waitress was great. Food was excellent would highly recommend this place.

The food at Grill 603 is inspired by my time in the restaurant industry on the eastern seaboard. I started working in restaurants at the age of 16. By the time I was 23, I was in charge of a bustling kitchen with more than 20 employees. As I moved up the corporate ladder and opened new restaurants, I realized my passion for this business. That passion was interrupted when my wife invited me to be her partner in a retail venture that lasted 12 years. Once that ended, I gravitated right back to food service. I started a catering operation for a Yacht Charter operation in Washington, DC. When my wife decided to take the family to the Chesapeake Bay in Virginia to pursue her career in health and wellness, I jumped at the chance because there was an opportunity to open my own restaurant. When she needed to bring us to SNH to further her career goals, I was onboard.
